Privacy Policy

PreBell ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Francesko Jemini, a sole proprietor in the State of Michigan, United States, and runs the PreBell website and web application. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the service:

Access tokens: when you purchase a subscription, we generate and store a secure access token linked to your payment. This token is what unlocks the app. We do not store passwords.
Chart images: when you use the analysis tool, your uploaded chart image is sent to the Anthropic API for analysis. Images are not stored by PreBell. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their privacy policy.
Usage data: we use browser localStorage to store your access token locally. No usage data is sent to our servers beyond what is necessary to validate your token and run the analysis.

Third-party services

Stripe: processes payments. We do not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
Anthropic: powers the chart analysis. Chart images are sent to Anthropic's API. We do not store your chart images.
Netlify: hosts this website. Netlify may collect standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps).
Resend: sends transactional emails (access token delivery). We do not use this for marketing without your consent.
Google Fonts: used for typography. Google may log font requests.

How we use your data

To deliver your access token and provide the chart analysis service

We do not use your data for advertising
We do not train AI models on your chart images or strategy text

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@prebell.net. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data, and we do not sell it.

To cancel your subscription, use the billing portal in the app — it's instant and online. To revoke your access token or request deletion of your data, email us at the same address.

Data retention

Access token records are retained while your subscription is active. Chart images are not retained at all — they are processed in real time and discarded. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we will remove your token record within 30 days.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use cookies. We use browser localStorage to store your access token so you don't need to re-enter it each session. This data stays in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers except as an authorization header when you run an analysis.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
