PreBell ("we", "us", "our", "the Service") is operated by Francesko Jemini, a sole proprietor located in the State of Michigan, United States. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service; it is intended for adults and is not directed at minors.
PreBell is a web application that accepts chart image uploads and uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to generate structured pre-market trading bias reports based on selected technical methodologies (ICT, TJR, SMC, or a user-defined custom strategy).
The analysis output is generated by a large language model and may contain errors, hallucinations, or inaccuracies. It should be treated as one input among many in your own trading research process, not as a definitive signal or trading recommendation.
PreBell is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor (CTA), or financial institution. PreBell provides only general, automated analysis of a chart image you upload — the same analysis engine for every user. It does not direct any account, is not tailored to your individual positions, account, or circumstances, and is not a personalized trading recommendation. The bias reports generated by PreBell:

PreBell makes no representation, promise, or guarantee of any profit, return, win rate, or trading result, and nothing we publish should be read as a prediction of performance.
Strategy names such as ICT (Inner Circle Trader), TJR, SMC, and Wyckoff refer to publicly known trading methodologies. PreBell is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the creators of those methodologies.

The PreBell platform, its design, code, and original content are owned by PreBell and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any chart images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them through the Anthropic API solely to generate your requested analysis.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PreBell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.
PreBell integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (AI analysis), Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting), and Resend (email). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the conduct or content of third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavor to notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active subscribers of significant changes by email.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If it cannot be resolved that way, you and PreBell agree the dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court where eligible. You and PreBell each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and waive any right to a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@prebell.net within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
