Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PreBell ("we", "us", "our", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

PreBell is a web application that accepts chart image uploads and uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to generate structured pre-market trading bias reports based on selected technical methodologies (ICT, TJR, SMC, or a user-defined custom strategy).

The analysis output is generated by a large language model and may contain errors, hallucinations, or inaccuracies. It should be treated as one input among many in your own trading research process, not as a definitive signal or trading recommendation.

3. No financial advice

PreBell is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution. The bias reports generated by PreBell:

• Are not personalized financial advice
• Do not account for your individual financial situation, risk tolerance, or goals
• May be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated
• Should not be the sole basis for any trading or investment decision

Past trading performance implied by methodology descriptions is not indicative of future results. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or any security measures
• Upload images that contain illegal content or violate third-party rights
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service's output without permission
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure

5. Free tier and subscription

PreBell offers a free tier allowing one (1) chart analysis per day. Premium access, when available, will be offered as a monthly subscription at $17/month (founding) or the price displayed at checkout.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds for unused time
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers

6. Intellectual property

The PreBell platform, its design, code, and original content are owned by PreBell and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any chart images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them through the Anthropic API solely to generate your requested analysis.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PreBell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.

9. Third-party services

PreBell integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (AI analysis), Formspree (email collection), and Netlify (hosting). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the conduct or content of third-party services.

10. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavor to notify waitlist members and active subscribers of material changes via email.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active subscribers of significant changes by email.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
